spotOS provides a cloud-based software platform for managing outdoor spaces including parking lots, truck yards, RV facilities, and self-storage operations. Our services include but are not limited to space management, payment processing, customer relationship management, access control integration, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use spotOS, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

spotOS operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Pay any applicable taxes

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled. No charges will be made during the trial period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

All content, features, and functionality of spotOS, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by spotOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

Your use of spotOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure and you use the service at your own risk.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any interruption of service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOTOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold spotOS harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
